✨Preparing For Your Upcoming Appointment✨

We ask that you arrive on time for your appointments. Address is sent out via email 24 hours prior. Contact the confirmation number upoin arrival and wait paitently for a reply to come in. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened, cancelled, or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next client. Cancellation fees may apply.

  • New Clients please arrive with bare nails free of product to ensure the best results.

  • Be sure to book all services and add-ons needed for your appointment. Accurate booking ensures proper timing and pricing, and allows me to prepare appropriately. If you need help to book accurately PLEASE reach out!

  • Please review all policies and health guidelines prior to arrival. It is important to review to make sure there isn’t any surprises at your appointment.

  • A $25 non refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied to your remaning balance on the day of service. Deposits are transferrable once, to reschedule within the same month. After that, you must book a new appointment with a new deposit.

  • Please attend with your nails bare and free of product for your first service. I do not work over another tech’s work.

  • I do not accept same-day appointments. Availability Reflected on this site is regularly updated and accurate. Any last-minute cancellations or openings will be posted to social media platforms (@Shaysetitoff).

  • Remember to add all items and services needed for your appointment for accurate booking and pricing.

  • ***Remaining balance starting January 2026 will be CASH ONLY. I will have change at your appointment.

✨Booking & Deposits

  • There is a 10 minute grace period to allow for tardiness. If you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late to your appointment time, please let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, you will be marked as a no call, no show, with repeat offenders banned from booking again.

  • Please remember deposits are non-refundable and is required to secure all appointments.

    • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
      If you cancel within 48+ hours’ notice:
      — Your deposit is non-refundable but, you may transfer the deposit one (1) time to a new appointment within the same month, based on availability.

    • Reschedules must also be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
      — You may move your appointment once and keep your deposit, as long as the new appointment is within the current month, based on availability.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made under 48 hours will result in a lost deposit and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

  • No Call / No Show

    • If you fail to arrive at your appointment without contacting me:
      — Your deposit is forfeited
      —You will be required to pay 100% of your service
      —You may be restricted from booking future appointments.
      — Contacting me after the appointment time has transpired is still a NCNS.

  • Please be honest about your reason to cancel, as I reserve the right to refund deposits at my discretion (ex: unavoidable emergencies).

✨Cancelling, Rescheduling, No Call/No Show

✨Children & Guests

  • Due to safety and space limitations, no extra guests or children are allowed at appointments.

  • Chemicals, tools, and equipment can pose safety risks, and a distraction-free environment allows me to provide the highest quality service.

  • I love and respect all moms and families, but to maintain consistency and safety, this policy applies to everyone.

For the safety of all clients and to protect the integrity of your nails, I cannot perform services on anyone with suspected infections, open wounds, or conditions that may worsen with nail enhancements.

  • Please do not come to your appointment if you have:

    • Contagious nation conditions such as fungus, bacterial infections, or unexplained discoloration.

    • Open cuts, broken skin, swelling, or sores in the treatment area.

    • Infected or irritated cuticles, hangnails that are bleeding, or skin that is cracked and painful.

    • Any condition that may worsen with pressure, filing, or product application.

    • Flu-like symptoms, fever, or any illness that could compromise health or sanitation standards.

If any of theses conditions are present at the time of your appointment, the service will not be performed, and the deposit will be forfeited. — This policy ensures a safe environment for you, for me, and for all clients while allowing me to deliver the highest quality results.

✨Health & Safety

To ensure the highest quality of work and or your safety, please limit movement of your hands, fingers, wrists, or arms while I’m working. Even small movements - especially during shaping, filing, or nail art — can affect the outcome of your service and increase the risk of injury.

  • Phone use is not permitted while I am actively working on your hands. Please wait until I pause or let you know it’s safe to move.

  • You are welcome to use the phone stand, watch movies or shows, listen to music, or scroll as long as your hands remain still and it does not interfere with the service.

  • If you need to answer a call or respond, just let me know so I can pause safely before you move.

Excessive phone use or movement that interferes with the service may result in additional time charges or correction fees if adjustments are needed. Thank you for heling me create the safest environment and the most precise, beautiful results!
